Volunteering with Hartford Area Project Care

A community coalition is an alliance of local individuals or groups who are working together to create positive change in their community. They work together to solve a problem and make their community a happier, healthier place to live. Hartford Area Project Care was formed to address high-risk behaviors in young people in the Hartford area. By getting involved, you’ll not only make a difference in the life of a young person, you’ll also create positive change in a community, and perhaps in yourself.
